If you have time, it's good to arrive to Puno a few days earlier to acclimatize and learn the basic steps for dance.

You must choose a dance, preferably something not so tired because your going to dance for hours at 3830 masl.

February 12: Lake Titicaca: Uros - Taquile (night for learning and practice the dance)
February 13: Competition of folk dances (Estadio Enrique Torres belon) -> This day you can dance or just watch the dances and practice.
February 14: Dance Parade and the great reverence for the Virgin -> Dance at the parade
February 15: Trip to your next destination
